With major strides in technology, teledentistry is helping break barriers and allowing dental health professionals like ourselves, to expand our services and offer access to dental care to those who are unable to go to a traditional dental office setting. Our main priority here at InterTeleDent is to provide our services to those who lack access to oral health. By providing teledentistry as a service we hope to stand by our mission.

Not only is Teledentistry an advantage to those who live in a rural area but it also is beneficial to those who are bed-bound, disabled, has developmental disabilities, and/or experience high levels of anxiety in a normal dental office setting. By making dental examinations more accessible through teledentistry, patients are able to better maintain their oral health and build trust with their providers. This new way of dentistry, allows you to stay in the comfort of your own home during your oral comprehensive exam which eliminates travel time and time off work.

How to Request a Teledental Visit

  1. Call our office to schedule one of our dental assistants or dental hygienists to come to your home/place of residence. (626) 594-0374. 
  2. We come to you and perform an oral assessment, all necessary x-ray, and photos.
  3. These records are forwarded automatically to one of our dentists to review and create any necessary treatment recommendations.
  4. Our doctor calls you directly to review recommendations and provides options for receiving that dental care.
